Consultation
Understanding requirements, site, budget and timeline expectations.
We begin with a structured discussion covering family or business requirements, plot details, indicative budget range and the timeline you are working towards. You leave this stage with a realistic picture of scope and cost.

Site Analysis
Soil, levels, access, drainage and orientation assessed on the ground.
Our engineers survey levels, soil condition, access and natural drainage, along with sun and wind orientation. These findings shape the foundation strategy and the plan itself.

Concept & Design
Floor plans, elevations and 3D visualisation developed with you.
Concept plans and 3D elevations are developed and revised with you until the layout and the architectural character are settled.

Engineering
Structural design, detailing and itemised estimation.
Structural analysis, reinforcement detailing, services coordination and a fully itemised estimate with a stage-wise payment schedule.
05
Construction
Execution under engineering-led site supervision.
Work proceeds against the approved drawings with supervised material inspection, documented progress updates and controlled site management.

Quality Inspection
Stage-wise checks against specification before closing works.
Each stage is signed off against specification — structure, waterproofing, services and finishes — with a joint snag list before completion.
07
Handover
Clean handover with documentation and post-handover support.
Keys, drawings, warranties and service documentation are handed over together, followed by a defined post-handover support period.
